Air Jordan 13 witnessed its first extensive re-release

The design of the Air Jordan 13 continues to be under the expert guidance of legendary sneaker designer Tinker Hatfield. In the initial stages of design, Tinker Hatfield engaged in multiple meetings with Michael Jordan, seeking insights and opinions on the creation of new footwear. During these discussions, Michael Jordan shared a childhood story of being bullied by other kids who gave him the nickname "Black Cat" due to his dark skin. The relentless teasing left a lasting impact on young Michael Jordan. Tinker Hatfield, inspired by this narrative, used "Black Cat" as the design inspiration for the Air Jordan 13. The distinctive rounded shape and unique Zoom Air cushion outsole design, coupled with the green "new laser logo" on the heel that alters its pattern based on viewing angles, give the shoe an imposing presence reminiscent of a black panther. The overall design serves as a powerful symbol, communicating that the once-mocked Michael Jordan has transformed into a black panther that stands out from the crowd.
